The Challenge — Seven Scattered Management Functions
On a large plant site, subcontractor bidding/contract/billing, cost, quality, materials, safety, drawings and productivity each run trapped in their own tools. A change in one place takes time to reach another, and when information arrives late, control is always after the fact.
What We Built — Integration Into One PMIS
On Oracle Primavera Unifier (process, cost, documents), DT Solution integrated subcontractor bidding/contract/billing, cost, quality, materials, safety, drawings (Drawing Plan) and productivity onto one axis. Productivity management, in particular, links site access-personnel records and actuals to measure and monitor productivity by work area, trade, subcontractor and job type, and ties inspection/incident data into safety. The key is that functions that used to be scattered now reference one another on a single dataset.
What changed (from the client's view)
- Seven functions on one platform — a change in one reaches the others immediately
- Subcontractor bidding/contract/billing unified into one channel, ending information silos
- Productivity measured and monitored objectively by area/trade/job type, based on access-personnel actuals
- Inspection/incident data linked to productivity and safety — seen in progress, not tallied afterward
What It Means
Phase 1 built the schedule and quantity-management systems; the scope then widened into a Phase 2 full-process integration spanning bidding, contract, cost, quality, materials, safety, drawings and productivity. DT Solution re-designs this integration capability — proven on a large semiconductor plant — to a scope matched to each client's scale and budget.
