As projects and sites become more distributed, information fragments and collaboration breaks down. SK ecoengineering set out to standardize and elevate the very way its people work through a Smart Work Platform — a single digital workspace for tasks, information, and collaboration.
How it was adopted
Rather than deploying an off-the-shelf package, DT Solution took a custom-development approach: analyzing the field's work scenarios and requirements, then designing and building the platform accordingly. We defined the core workflows and collaboration screens and executed the project through phased development and validation.
