DT Solution Wins Halla Digital Schedule-Management Validation Project

On July 26th, DT Solution won Halla's 'Digital Schedule-Management Adoption Validation' project and signed the corresponding service contract.

Why it was needed

When moving construction and plant site schedule management to digital tools, success isn't determined by features alone. It matters to verify — before company-wide rollout — whether a tool genuinely fits the company's business characteristics, site data, and existing workflows. Halla wanted to validate (PoC) the applicability of a digital schedule-management approach ahead of full adoption.

The approach

DT Solution analyzed the target schedules and current management practices, then applied a digital schedule-management tool to real data and scenarios to verify its benefits and limitations. We carried this out while also identifying the standard structures and procedural considerations that full adoption would require.
